This system allows you to submit electrical installation applications, make payments, track your application status, and download certificates online.

Step 1: Application Form

Inspection Requirements
  • Installation must be complete and ready for testing
  • All electrical work must be accessible
  • Site must be safe for inspector access
  • Responsible person should be available on-site
Inspection Timeline

Inspections are typically scheduled within 5-10 business days after payment confirmation.

Important

If your installation fails inspection, you may need to make corrections and request a reinspection (additional fees may apply).

Application Status Meanings
Status 1 Awaiting Payment

Your application has been submitted and is waiting for payment.

Status 2 Awaiting Inspection

Payment received. Your application is in the inspection queue.

Status 3 Awaiting Inspector's Decision

Inspection completed. Inspector is reviewing results.

Status 4 Passed - Awaiting Payment

Inspection passed. Additional fees may be required.

Status 5 Passed - Certificate Available

All requirements met. Certificate ready for download.

Status 6 Inspection Failed

Installation did not meet requirements.

Status 7 Failed - Inspector's Decision Queried

Applicant has questioned the inspection result.

Status 8 Failed - Application Submitted for Reinspection

Reinspection has been requested.

Status 9 Applicant Queried Inspection Failure

You have submitted a query about the inspection result.

Status 10 Awaiting Cash Payment at Office

Cash payment option selected. Visit office to complete payment.

Notifications

You will receive email notifications when your application status changes. Make sure to check your email regularly and add our email to your safe senders list.

Certificate Download

How to Download Your Certificate
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to your Dashboard
  3. Find your completed application
  4. Click "Download Certificate" button
  5. Save the PDF file to your device
Certificate Features
  • QR Code: For verification purposes
  • Digital Signature: Inspector's electronic signature
  • Technical Details: Complete inspection results
  • Validity Period: Certificate expiration information
  • Official Seal: Government authentication
Certificate Validity

Your electrical installation certificate is valid for the period specified on the certificate. Regular reinspections may be required based on the installation type and inspector's recommendations.
